Why do we use your data?

Application data supports recruitment. Once accepted, employment data is used to generate and sign the contract and let the employer file the pre-employment declaration. The legal bases are pre-contractual steps and performance of the contract.

Candidate search visibility is optional and based on revocable consent.

Who receives the data?

As required for their role: the employer and authorised members, SACFEL, Supabase (EU hosting) and Yousign (EU electronic signature). The French social security number is not sent to Yousign or included in the contract; the employer can only view it after signature for the declaration, and access is logged.

Emails

Brevo, an EU processor, delivers application and sign-in emails. Notifications are kept for 90 days.

For how long?

Encrypted employment data is deleted 30 days after the active need ends and no later than 90 days after signature. Contracts are kept for 5 years after their end date. An inactive profile is deleted or anonymised two years after the last contact.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction and object to applicable processing.
